In honour of our not-at-all weird Valentine’s Day tradition, I’ve been thinking about making my own vegan version of the world’s greatest dessert. Seriously. Eating a Treatzza Pizza is like Beyonce’s halftime show in your mouth. (Like my timely reference?)
You really can’t go wrong when you have Oreo’s in anything. So starting with an Oreo crust is a fantastic start. This cashew/coconut topping with fresh mint and more Oreos? Oh HELL YES.
