My next supper club is coming up! It’s going to be so pretty, right in Olympic Village overlooking the water. I’m trying something new by renting a space, it feels so fancy.

I’m testing recipes for the dinner and I LOVE this so much. I always order sunomono when I go for Japanese and this has the same fresh sweet and sour taste.
It was yummy and delicious and pretty easy too! I love the idea of using your ‘zoodle maker’ on cucumber.
